Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as personalized or hygiene-related products may be exempt from returns.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yoav7843@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
